PickVogue is committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Moorestown, New Jersey. This policy explains delivery terms, tracking, cancellations, taxes, and import duties.

Delivery Terms

All orders within the United States qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Processing time is 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST start processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.
  • Estimated transit time for delivery is 5–7 business days after processing.
  • Total estimated delivery time is usually 7–10 business days.

Please note that external factors such as carrier delays, extreme weather, or unforeseen events may occasionally extend delivery times.

Order Tracking System

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number.

  • You can track your package in real-time via the carrier’s website.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
  • If you have questions or do not see updated tracking, contact support@pickvogue.com.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • To cancel an order, contact support@pickvogue.com as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the item must follow the standard return process if you wish to return it.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • PickVogue is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an error is noticed after placing an order, contact support@pickvogue.com immediately.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, or if the item arrives damaged:

  • Contact PickVogue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement for verified damaged or missing items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, PickVogue can assist with filing a claim with the carrier. However, replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address.

Partial Shipments

For orders with multiple items, items may be shipped in separate packages. Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment. Delivery times for separate packages may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

PickVogue can ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States using carriers that allow it. Delivery to a P.O. Box may take longer than a street address.

Seasonal or Peak Volume Delays

During holidays or high-demand periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. Customers will be informed of potential delays when known.

Shipping Insurance

PickVogue does not automatically include shipping insurance. Customers may request or purchase insurance separately if desired, depending on carrier options.
