Shipping & Delivery

1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

2. Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Moorestown, New Jersey, United States.

3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

4. How long does delivery take after shipping?
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
Total estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.

5. Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
No. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

6. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order ships.

7. When will tracking information update?
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipping.

8. What carriers do you use?
PickVogue ships using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact support immediately. PickVogue is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

10. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

11. How do I start a return?
Email support@pickvogue.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided after approval.

12. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, PickVogue covers return shipping.

13. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. PickVogue does not charge any restocking fees.

14. What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact support immediately. After review, a replacement or full refund will be provided at no extra cost.

15. How long does it take to process a refund?
Returns are inspected and processed within 2 business days after receiving the item.

16. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks may take 10 business days to post the refund.

17. Do you offer exchanges?
Direct exchanges are not offered. The recommended option is to return the item and place a new order once approved.

19. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. PickVogue does not store credit card details.

Yes. Industry-standard SSL encryption protects personal and payment information.

If your order has not yet been processed, contact support immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
