Return & Refund Policy

PickVogue values clear expectations and fair handling of returns and refunds. This policy explains the conditions under which returns are accepted, how refunds are calculated, and how the process works from start to finish.
Return Timeframe
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Footwear must show no signs of wear, creasing, stains, or odor
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded partially.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact support@pickvogue.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Change of mind, sizing preference, or style choice: customer pays return shipping
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: PickVogue covers return shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
PickVogue does not process direct exchanges. Customers must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired size or style.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify PickVogue within 48 hours of delivery. Photo evidence may be requested. Once verified, a replacement or full refund will be issued at no additional cost.
Refund Processing Time
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Payment Provider Processing
After the refund is issued, banks or payment providers may take 10 business days to post the funds. Processing times vary and are outside PickVogue’s control.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved but not received:
- Check with your bank or payment provider first
- Ensure sufficient processing time has passed
- Contact support@pickvogue.com if the issue persists
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Orders that are refused at delivery or not collected and returned to the sender are not eligible for a full refund. Any shipping or handling costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Promotional or Discounted Orders
Items purchased during promotions, sales, or with discount codes are eligible for return only under standard return conditions. Refunds are based on the discounted price paid, not the original listed price.
Orders Marked as Delivered
If a tracking number shows an order as delivered but the customer did not receive it, PickVogue may assist in contacting the carrier. However, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed once delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Multiple-Item Orders
If an order contains multiple items, each item must meet return eligibility requirements individually. Returning one item from a multi-item order does not affect the eligibility of other items.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval or without following provided return instructions may be refused and sent back to the customer.
Processing Delays During High Volume
During peak seasons or high order volume periods, return inspection and refund processing times may take slightly longer than usual. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Policy Updates
PickVogue reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated date listed on this page.
